Seriously? C'mon Miley, this is just too much. She looks like a drowned rat, who just so happens to be a bum on the side of the street, who collects cans for money. She also sort of looks like a boy (Maybe she is a boy.) I hate this look, its probably the worst hair cut I've ever seen. Sorry Miley, the only girl who can pull this look off is Rhianna. It probably doesn't help that I really hate this chick, the only reason shes famous is because of her dad. She can't sing nor can she act. Just bad news all around. She is whats wrong with Hollywood and the music industry, no talent and obviously no sense of style. Next thing we know she will be shaving her head bald and getting engaged to some hobo from Texas.
